Since I was embracing bodyweight and functional exercise during my school life, I started my career as a personal fitness trainer a few years ago after graduated from Burapha University major in exercise and sports science. Exercise should be fun and enjoyable for a sustainable motivation and result, I love making use of different workout gear to create great moment of qualitative workout with my clients, and make everything "simple" but challenge! If you are new to fitness, I am more than happy to activate you to the this amazing world!
