My life has changed since I met yoga in 2009. I worked for the yoga magazine as a writer in that period. I started to practice yoga and I had to learn more about yoga to give the right information for our readers. Yoga brought me to the whole new world, the world of ‘the ways to improve your body-mind & soul, and I became a sport man, runner-trail runner, after I left the yoga magazine in 2012. In the mid of 2019, I became a yoga instructor, 200-hour Hatha & Vinyasa yoga teacher training course from Ananda Yoga Shala Chiang Rai Thailand with Mr.Anup Gupta, the yoga director of Ananda Yoga Shala Rishikesh India. And now I enjoy being yoga instructor and bring the applied yoga to improve running performance (Yoga for runners).
